Open Research Fellow Positions in Information Security
- We are hiring research fellows
- We are looking for established researchers who have at least 3 years of postdoctoral experience
- The positions are part of the Zurich Information Security and Privacy Center – an industry-supported research center of ETH Zurich
- The ZISC fellows are appointed for 2 years with an option for 2-year extension
- The ZISC fellows define new research directions, carry out high-impact research and work closely with the ETH Zurich faculty
- The applications are due March 1, 2016
Zurich Information Security and Privacy Center (ZISC)
The goal of ZISC is to bring academia and industry together to solve the information security challenges of tomorrow. In ZISC, PhD students and senior researchers perform academic research under the supervision of ETH faculty members.
ETH Faculty in ZISC
Prof. Dr. David Basin, leads the Information Security Group that performs research on methods and tools for the analysis and construction of safe and secure systems.
Prof. Dr. Srdjan Capkun leads the System Security Group, studying the design and the analysis of security protocols for wired and wireless networks and systems.
Prof. Dr. Ueli Maurer leads the Information Security and Cryptography Group that focuses on information security, theory and application of cryptography and theoretical computer science.
Prof. Dr. Adrian Perrig leads the Network Security Group whose research revolves around building secure and robust network systems – with a particular focus on the design of future Internet architectures.
