Abstract:
Swiss Post is a diversified Group that operates in four markets. Its three subsidiaries Post CH Ltd, PostFinance Ltd and PostBus Ltd provide high-quality, marketable and innovative services, and make every effort to satisfy the high expectations of their customers. Swiss Post constantly develops new solutions at the interface between the physical and digital worlds to simplify their customers’ everyday lives. With the specifically created Development & Innovation business unit, it promotes new business models with a clear focus and supports its core business. Finding the right balance between security and innovation is a challenge we have to face. Too much security hinders our innovation projects at an early stage and too little security makes innovation a gateway for attackers to our company.
